Support in deli and butcher departments **Job Description** * Prepare products according to recipes and technical specifications. * Sanitize food items and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Perform packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * Support the deli and butcher departments as needed. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:40 PM to 9:00 PM. Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be at least 18 years old. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary school education.
