Description: * Solid experience in back-end development with Python * Strong knowledge of software engineering, algorithms, and data structures. * Experience integrating systems, using APIs, manipulating data, and handling events. Knowledge of building APIs following RESTful standards. * Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience in collaborative environments using agile methodologies. * Availability for on-site work in Recife. Desirable qualifications: * Knowledge of Machine Learning / NLP, especially in using and fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.). * Experience in back-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript. * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and MLOps. * Knowledge of security best practices. * Prior experience in healthcare, accounting, or fintech sectors. * Design, develop, and maintain generative AI solutions and agents using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, among others. * Build scalable AI solutions focused on performance, resilience, and efficient integration with internal and external systems. * Specify and implement robust architectures, considering software engineering best practices, dependency management, and observability. * Automate the development, testing, and deployment lifecycle using CI/CD best practices. * Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing within the team. * Actively participate in the discovery and development process of solutions with cross-functional teams. * Monitor and apply trends in generative AI and intelligent agent engineering to propose improvements. 2512170202551697649
