




The Cost and Claims IT Management is responsible for ensuring excellence in the Provider's experience throughout their entire journey, with a focus on technological solutions that support authorization request processes, submission and processing of medical bills. Efficient and secure management of reimbursement requests made by our beneficiaries is also an essential part of the area's activities.
