Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for updating maintenance management systems, performing routine tasks, executing preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas, and monitoring equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities. 2. Management and monitoring of maintenance and consumption systems. 3. Providing service to apartments and departments, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Update maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc. * Complete the daily shift routine checklist. * Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. * Perform construction-related activities, including painting—both corrective and preventive. * Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. * Respond to service requests from apartments and departments as needed, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Perform painting-related activities—both corrective and preventive—in accordance with company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. * Maintain swimming pool equipment operation, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels in pool water to keep them within ideal parameters. * Monitor consumption items—including electricity, water, gas, etc.—for the property, reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machines, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other types—to ensure optimal functionality. * Turn the condominium lighting on and off. * Respond to service requests from apartments and departments as needed, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety during task execution.
