Installation follow-up and customer retention An internet service provider is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Venâncio Aires (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Serve customers in person, by phone, or via digital channels. Present internet plans and additional services. Clarify questions regarding pricing, speed, and coverage. Conduct sales and contract closing. Register customers in the company's system. Negotiate commercial terms and promotions. Follow up on installation requests. Perform follow-up with interested customers. Maintain sales reports and records. Support achievement of commercial targets. Maintain customer relationships for retention. Adhere to company procedures and policies. Previous experience as an Internal Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Representative, Sales Assistant, or Internal Account Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
