Contributes to organizational climate and process efficiency **Human Resources Assistant** **Location**: Vera Cruz\-RS **Requirements:** * Completed high school; technical or higher education in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in personnel department routines and/or HR support. * Personal vehicle **Purpose of the Position**: Provide operational and administrative support to Human Resources routines, ensuring proper implementation of internal policies and compliance with labor legal obligations. Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and people development activities, contributing to a positive organizational climate and efficient people management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support employee hiring, termination, and personnel record updates. • Organize and archive HR documents (contracts, medical exams, vacation records, benefits, etc.). • Monitor and verify electronic timekeeping, overtime, absences, and medical certificates. * Assist in payroll closing and submission of information to the accounting department. • Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, etc.). Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding: * Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. • Administer assessments and assist in conducting initial interviews. * Organize hiring and onboarding processes for new employees. Assist in updating organizational charts and tracking open positions. * **Training and Development**: * • Support organization of training sessions, internal events, and employee engagement campaigns. • Maintain attendance lists and training reports. * + Record and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), where applicable. 4\.
