




Metalúrgica Mor | Santa Cruz do Sul - RS | On-site Job Description * Work in accordance with good practices, safety standards, and procedures; * Guide employees on occupational safety, contributing to the elimination of incidents; * Comply with occupational safety, environmental, organization, and cleanliness standards for the department; * Carry out activities stipulated in Regulatory Standards; * Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies; * Identify hazards and health and safety risks, implementing control measures related to identified hazards; * Conduct educational initiatives in the field of occupational health and safety; * Participate in innovations regarding technologies and work processes; * Manage occupational health and safety documentation; * Control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Investigate and analyze incidents and recommend prevention and control measures. Responsibilities and Duties . Requirements and Qualifications * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; * Completed High School education; * Driver’s license category B; * Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Availability to work the 2nd shift from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a two-hour break, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Desirable Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field.
