Master Adobe software and ensure visual compliance of packaging. Job: Graphic Designer Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for creating graphic materials that convey the company's visual identity and positively impact the target audience. Responsibilities: * Develop graphic layouts for plastic packaging, labels, flexible films, tags, and related materials; * Adapt artwork according to industrial printing technical specifications; * Perform technical file finalization for graphic production; * Configure files considering bleed, crop marks, trapping, overprint, and printing standards; * Validate color standards and press proofs; * Implement technical adjustments requested by clients, production, or engineering; * Ensure visual compliance and graphic standardization of packaging; * Manage revisions and versions of technical files; * Organize and maintain updated digital files for the department; * Support new product and packaging development processes; * Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and sales departments to ensure technical feasibility of projects; * Verify compliance of mandatory information on packaging, per applicable legislation; * Support analyses of failures and rework related to graphic artwork; * Follow internal procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and SGQ requirements. * Comply with FSSC22000 standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar position. * Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
