The Extrusion Assistant is responsible for assisting in the plastic material extrusion process, ensuring proper machine operation and final product quality. This professional works under direct supervision, performing operational and support tasks for the extruder. It is an ideal position for individuals beginning their career in industrial production. * Monitor machine and system operation, ensuring production parameters comply with technical specifications. * Schedule production activities and prepare the production program by consulting operating procedures (OP). * Verify compliance with safety and quality standards. * Handle materials and supplies, organizing\-them and ensuring they are ready for production. * Collaborate with the production team, following the team leader's instructions and contributing to achieving established goals. * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company to enhance technical and practical knowledge. * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive attitude. * Comply with Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices standards, producing conforming products and avoiding returns.
