




Description: Prerequisites: Occupational Safety Technician / Registration with the Ministry of Labor Desirable: Ongoing or completed degree in related fields, Knowledge and environmental management, Skills in training and presentations, Knowledge in first aid and fire brigade. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively, problem solving, agility, decision making, analytical thinking, knowledge of NRs, auditing skills, time management, interpersonal relationships, training and development, proactivity. * Develop, analyze, implement, and monitor the action plan Risk Management Program (PGR); * Analyze the PCMSO, LTCAT of the company; * Analyze and propose improvements to PPE forms, service orders, PT, service investigation forms, among others; * Conduct training and lectures for employees on occupational safety related to NR 06, 05, 18, 11, 12, 35, first aid, fire fighting; * Monitor emergency plans at construction sites; * Investigate causes of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, prepare reports with conclusions, and propose preventive measures to avoid future occurrences; * Perform periodic inspections at work fronts and inform the employer, through technical opinion, about existing risks in the work environment, as well as guide them on elimination and neutralization measures; * Conduct training and guidance for employees regarding the risks of their activities, as well as measures for elimination and neutralization; * Investigate causes of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, prepare reports with conclusions, and propose preventive measures to avoid future occurrences; * Guide and supervise the use of critical equipment within construction sites; * Analyze work methods and processes and identify risk factors for workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and the presence of environmental agents harmful to workers, proposing their elimination or control; * Monitor and supervise the distribution of PPE; * Monitor the expiration dates of PPE certification (CA); * Develop occupational safety procedures; * Implement and control the equipment maintenance plan; * Stay updated on labor legislation and regulatory standards applicable to health and * occupational safety, ensuring that the site complies with legal requirements; * Work together with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), participating in meetings, supporting the implementation of preventive actions, and assisting in organizing the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT); * Prepare emergency plans, including evacuation routes and procedures for hazardous situations such as fires or chemical spills; * Assist in controlling documents of third parties and own employees. 2510190202501758987
