Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, conducting training, performing risk assessments, carrying out inspections, investigating accidents, and advising the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Key Highlights: 1. Proactive implementation of occupational health and safety programs 2. Conducting comprehensive training sessions and risk assessments 3. Accident investigation and guidance for safety teams **RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and safety regulations within the company; Conduct safety training: onboarding, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Engineering Controls (ECs), Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Machinery and Equipment Operation Training, Fire Fighting, etc.; Manage delivery and control of PPE; Perform risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions; Carry out workplace safety inspections across various company departments; Assess risks and causes of accidents; Investigate occurred accidents; Advise CIPA members; Act proactively in occupational health and safety programs. **EDUCATION** Technical Course in Occupational Safety **REQUIREMENTS** Registration with the Ministry of Labor – Ministry of Economy Driver's License Category B Availability to work rotating shifts **PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** Intermediate Excel Regulatory Standards (NR) Labor Legislation eSocial Risk Management Program (PGR) Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Occupational Safety (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
