Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming and configuring CNC and injection machines, performing dimensional control, monitoring production processes, and preparing technical documentation, while supporting equipment maintenance and installation. These values sustain our commitment to excellence and drive our constant growth. **Your responsibilities here:** * Program CNC machines, including tool speed calculations; * Perform dimensional control of produced parts; * Program and configure injection machines; * Support continuous monitoring of the production process; * Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance; * Model various parts; * Prepare technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and other documentation; * Manufacture parts using a 3D printer; * Participate in resolving process-related issues and support the installation of new equipment and machines. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** Strong communication skills; Autonomy; Organizational skills; **We Offer:** * Meal allowance or food allowance; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonuses; * Health and dental insurance; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, language schools, aesthetic clinics, and restaurants. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Work Model:** On-site. **Location:** Jardim Eldorado, Palhoça/SC.
