Produce and shape coxinhas, risoles, kibes, cheese balls, empadas, sfihas, and other savory snacks. Perform assembly, breading, and preparation of savory snacks for frying or baking. Control production quantities and standards. Verify quality, taste, and presentation of savory snacks. Organize and maintain cleanliness of the production area and utensils. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions. Adhere to food hygiene and handling regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
