Produce fillings, toppings, syrups, and creams for cakes and pies. Assist in assembling and decorating cakes and desserts. Ensure standardization, quality, and presentation of sweets. Manage ingredient inventory and verify product expiration dates. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area. Follow food hygiene and handling regulations. Previous experience as a Confectioner, Baker, Chocolatier, or Candy Artisan may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
