




We are looking for a butcher. The professional will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats, ensuring the quality of products offered to customers. Experience in the role is required, along with knowledge of deboning techniques, cuts and meat handling, as well as the ability to work in a team and meet department demands. Activities: * Prepare meats for sale by cutting, grinding and packaging according to customer needs; * Serve and assist customers at the counter, providing information about available products; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, following food safety and hygiene regulations; * Receive and inspect products delivered by suppliers, verifying quality and quantity; * Perform inventory control, reporting necessary information to the department supervisor; * Participate in internal training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in the field; * Follow company rules and procedures, ensuring excellence in service and product quality; * Monitor product expiration dates, properly organizing and labeling items.
