Main Responsibilities: Search for closure of BOs for surplus and damaged goods; Resolve damage-related issues with customers; Send replacements; Prepare indemnity processes and forward them to headquarters; Responsible for issuing BOs and drafts; Customer service; Control and collection of invoices (NFs); Daily monitoring of BOs for shortages; Collection of shortages and surpluses from branches and agencies; Control of pending goods; Responsible for DVDP; Recording/analysis of indemnity processes. Main Activities: - Responsible for locating lost and damaged goods, aiming to identify their current location and deliver them to the correct destination; - Customer service and analysis of pending issues; - Search for closure of BOs for surplus and damaged goods.
