Job Summary: Support inventory management and organization of parts, ensuring a clean, functional, and efficient environment, thereby contributing to faster fulfillment of requests. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in maintenance, organization, and control of parts inventory 2. Support proper receipt and storage of parts 3. Provide support to the after-sales team to ensure agility and efficiency Job Objective Support the company’s parts inventory management and organization, ensuring a clean, functional, and efficient environment. Directly contribute to operations by enabling agile response to internal and external requests. Responsibilities Assist in maintenance, organization, and control of parts inventory; Receive requests and forward requested parts to the workshop; Replace parts incorrectly sent or requested by mechanics; Support receipt of parts from GM and suppliers, storing them correctly; Participate in inventory counts and maintain up-to-date inventory records; Physically organize parts in the warehouse according to identification criteria and category; Assist in issuing invoices for inter-unit parts transfers; Verify received and issued invoices; Monitor deliveries with carriers, checking deadlines and part integrity; Package and label parts for shipment, ensuring safety and traceability; Inspect parts received from carriers; Organize and archive department documents for easy access and reference; Perform local deliveries of parts to customers, workshops, and body shops; Procure purchased parts, tools, or materials from auto parts and hardware stores; Provide support to the after\-sales team, ensuring agility and efficiency in handling requests; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Life Insurance * Star Bem – Health and Wellness Platform * AVUS – Discounts at partner pharmacies * On-site cafeteria with lunch * Transportation Allowance * Educational Partnership Program with affiliated institutions (PUCRS, QI, Unilasalle, Ulbra, and Uninter) * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Meal Voucher * Gympass/Wellhub
