Structured and growing work environment **Position: Factory Coordinator** **Company: Inpack Embalagens** **Location: On-site** Inpack Embalagens is seeking a Factory Coordinator to lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a professional with industrial sector experience, preferably in the corrugated cardboard/packaging segment, possessing leadership skills, organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards * Lead and develop the production team * Plan and organize factory routines according to commercial demand * Monitor productivity, waste, and efficiency indicators * Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduction of waste * Drive continuous improvement of production processes * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Integrate production with commercial, PCP (Production Planning and Control), and logistics departments **Requirements:** * Proven experience in factory coordination or leadership * Experience in an industrial environment (preferably packaging/corrugated board) * Knowledge of production processes and team management * Organized, proactive profile with a sense of urgency * Problem-solving ability and capacity for rapid decision-making * Strong communication and leadership skills on the shop floor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with corrugated board, cutting/creasing, flexographic printing, or gluing * Knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control) * Experience with production indicators (OEE, productivity, waste) * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance * Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Performance- and results-based bonus * Structured and growing work environment * Professional development opportunity If you have sector experience, a leadership profile, and seek an environment where you can make a real impact on operations, we want to meet you.
