WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT? * Assist in the administration and control of fleet performance, calculating revenue against kilometers driven and operational costs, determining driver bonuses, and ensuring the quality and reliability of generated data; * Handle adjustments for additional transportation expenses, forwarding reports to management; * Require drivers to submit fully completed forms with all necessary information; * Calculate fleet revenue, verifying that the freight bill number and amount displayed in the system match the driver's spreadsheet; * Send data of outsourced or affiliated drivers to the insurance company for registration, releasing them for loading after they are properly registered with the insurer; * Record information regarding operational non-conformities in the system; * Perform analysis and resolution of operational incidents; * Issue RPS (Revenue Payment Receipts) to release volumes whose incidents have been resolved; * Attend to and guide drivers in resolving operational non-conformities; * Prepare indemnity processes, attaching required documentation in the system and completing discharge receipts; * Perform other related tasks as requested by immediate supervisor.
