Responsibilities: * Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees; * Conduct onboarding for new employees; * Participate in the development of training and development programs; * Assist in benefits and payroll management; * Perform administrative HR tasks; * Comply with Quality, Good Practices, and Occupational Safety standards. * Comply with FSSC22000 standards. Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources; * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes; * Familiarity with labor legislation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Must reside in Santa Cruz do Sul - RS. ```
