Resolve operational pending issues and propose improvements Metalúrgica Mor | Santa Cruz do Sul - RS | On-site Job Description * Receive, type, adjust Excel and PDF files to the import standard, and verify orders * Send invoices via EDI * Verify orders and register customers * Track and release orders in the sales pipeline; keep delivery dates updated * Allocate and release shipments * Monitor and control inventory * Complete special request forms * Control anticipated and scheduled orders, including delivery forecasts and order base dates * Control shipments related to goods collected at the company * Update specific conditions stipulated in FEC * Record suggested or scheduled delivery dates * Resolve operational pending issues and propose improvements; open and close pending items * Perform re-invoicing * Monitor and resolve commercial responsibility issues; address unpaid or improperly deducted financial amounts (including penalties) * Complete customer information forms * Assist in training new employees * Analyze and monitor processes and tools of the Mor management system * Track team goals and initiate reporting by manager and representatives Responsibilities and Duties .
