




Description: MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills. DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative routines and customer service is desirable; * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the hotel or hospital-hotel sector is desirable. * Distribute linens and make beds according to established standards and procedures to ensure activity standardization; * Perform room checklists to guarantee rooms are delivered in perfect condition for patient admission; * Deliver linens upon request via system by the care team within the timeframe stipulated in the macroprocess agreement; * Notify the cleaning team regarding the need to clean the bed and/or room after patient discharge; * Verify in the Inpatient Unit whether cleaning and bedding conditions are adequate for receiving the patient; * Check whether chairs, armchairs, dispensers, dining tables, beds, lamps, cabinets, air conditioning units, and TV sets are operational and ready for patient and companion use; * Monitor the bed hygiene management system in the absence of Administrative Assistant II; * Notify the Bed Management, Admission, and Inpatient Unit sectors of any bed-related incidents that may delay its release for admission of a new patient; * Monitor linen requests via system in the absence of Administrative Assistant II; * Issue Service Orders to the Maintenance Department in the absence of Administrative Assistant II; * Record all linen deliveries as requested via system; * Record all key deliveries to the Admission Department; * Record all deceased-patient kits delivered to the care team; * Sort and store linens received from third-party services and place them on shelves as specified; * Scan linen RFID chips using the designated reading antenna per requesting department; * Conduct hospital census verification to confirm the number of inpatients, ensuring accurate linen distribution; * Audit excess linens in the Patient Unit and retrieve unused items from the location; * Monitor linen changes for apartment companions and record such changes in the designated logbook; * Verify staff schedules before delivering private-use sets to clinical departments; * Deliver special linens to the outsourced laundry service in specifically identified bags listed on a dedicated roll, and forward them to coordination; * Assist in correctly completing the BAS (Outsourced Laundry Services Monitoring Report); * Clean the laundry room pantry, appliances, shelves, and linen distribution cart; * Identify potential maintenance needs in rooms and inform the Laundry Administrative Assistant II so appropriate actions can be taken; * Assist in linen inventory activities required for linen maintenance and control; * Record daily occurrences in the shift handover logbook for communication with the next shift worker; * Complete the dirty linen collection follow-up checklist and count linens in the absence of the team leader; * Perform other related duties as assigned. 2512200202551720839
