Recording and tracking service interactions in the system, ensuring proper documentation and case resolution. Providing accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures. Working closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure the best experience for the member. Staying updated on new company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up\-to\-date information to members. Participating in trainings and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Following company quality standards and established procedures to ensure excellent service.
