The apprenticeship program provides substantial opportunities for knowledge acquisition and personal development, better preparing youth for the job market. Currently, we collaborate with two major partners: CIEE \- Two-year contract, under which the apprentice gains practical experience at the company and attends theoretical classes at CIEE. SENAI \- Offers vocational courses in administrative and industrial fields; professional training occurs exclusively at SENAI. Contract duration varies by course and may be one or two years. Responsibilities and Duties * Fulfill the apprenticeship contract.
