We Build Futures.”* **Responsibilities and Duties** The External Teacher Support Assistant (3-month contract) will strategically promote and monitor the National Textbook Program (PNLD) within the public education network. This role strengthens relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions. * Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education secretariats to present PNLD publications and solutions. * Maintain continuous engagement with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s regional reference point. * Support the textbook selection process by providing clear, up-to-date, and FNDE/MEC-aligned information. * Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for action within each territory. * Organize and report activities in the CRM system, ensuring follow-up and predictability of actions. * Collaborate closely with consultants and managers to achieve goals established in the PNLD calendar. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales, institutional relationship management, or the education sector. * Strong oral and written communication skills, with a consultative profile. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and exercise autonomy in managing schedule and results. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. **Expected Profile** * Professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Strategic mindset and results-oriented focus. * Commitment to FTD’s educational mission and sensitivity when engaging with public schools. * Proactivity and resilience to operate effectively during high-demand periods (e.g., textbook selection and registration campaigns). **Academic Background** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in sales and institutional relationship management. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and exercise autonomy in managing schedule and results. * Willingness to travel frequently and relocate within the assigned region. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **What benefits do we offer?** * Meal allowance; * Company vehicle; * Fuel card; * Bonus for achieving targets at the end of the contract period.
