This (these) representative(s) will not perform the services described in this technical specification. They will serve as PETROBRAS’s single point of contact with the CONTRACTOR for all matters related to contract management, as well as be responsible for the administrative organization of demands (distribution of service item requests made by PETROBRAS and monitoring the availability of CONTRACTOR’s professionals to perform the activities), and for managing and systematizing the evidence required to verify service delivery. 10\.1\.1\.2\. The representative(s) must operate on-site and remain available for meetings with PETROBRAS to present, among other information, the progress of service execution—including accumulated and completed monthly demand per service type requested by management units—as well as performance evaluation of delivered services, defining action plans to prevent recurrence of deductions. 10\.1\.1\.3\. Representatives must be accessible to PETROBRAS at any time via concurrent communication channels: telephone, messaging app, and e\-mail. Perform administrative tasks and issue service tickets across MED \+’s various systems; monitor absenteeism, vacations, workplace accidents (ASO), etc. Carry out monthly service measurement/billing. Perform related and inherent duties associated with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree (Medicine; or Nursing; or Psychology; or Social Work; or Dentistry; or Nutrition; or Administration), with a duly registered diploma (or certificate) issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); 7\.5\.2\.
