




Job Summary: Speech-Language Pathologist for clinical care of atypical and neurodivergent children, individuals with ASD, adolescents, and adults, with emphasis on ABA and AAC. Development of individualized therapeutic plans Responsibilities: \- Provide clinical care to atypical and neurodivergent children, focusing on global and functional development. \- Work with patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), applying individualized therapeutic strategies. \- Apply evidence-based approaches, particularly ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). \- Implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools to foster functional communication. \- Conduct clinical sessions with adolescents and adults, adapting interventions according to the specific needs of each age group. \- Develop individualized therapeutic plans, monitoring patient progress. \- Guide family members and caregivers to ensure continuity of treatment in the home environment. Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology. \- Active registration with CREFONO. \- Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies, or specialized training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). \- Experience working with atypical children, neurodivergent individuals, and those with ASD will be considered an advantage. \- Willingness to relocate.
