Job Summary: CIEE-RS is seeking an Apprenticeship Instructor to support youth development in the Apprenticeship Program, facilitating theoretical meetings and assisting in building competencies for the world of work. This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE\-RS! \*Part-time position: 20 hours per week\* See below the responsibilities for this opportunity: * Deliver youth training in the Apprenticeship Program, adhering to the Program’s methodology and guidelines; * Facilitate theoretical meetings within the Apprenticeship Program; * Support the development of competencies and skills required in the world of work; * Monitor apprentices’ progress and attendance during theoretical training; Propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content and reflect upon and develop competencies for the world of work; Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in final semesters of Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teaching Licenses; Prior experience in education and working with youth is desirable; Workload: 20 hours per week Work schedule: (Tuesday afternoons), (Thursday mornings and afternoons), (Monday and Friday mornings) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Live Psychology * Unimed Health Plan * Pharmacy discounts * Transportation Allowance * Gympass * Annual influenza vaccination campaign * Meal or Food Allowance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Dental Plan * 50% Education Assistance for first undergraduate degree
