We are looking for a **Systems Analyst** to provide support and maintenance for ERP applications, ensuring the proper functioning of the systems used by the company. The professional will be responsible for supporting internal users, analyzing incidents, proposing solutions, and assisting with system enhancements. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and functional support to ERP users. * Analyze and resolve issues related to applications. * Document processes and applied solutions. * Support system integration and continuous improvement of applications. * Interact with vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements. * Ensure compliance with security policies and IT best practices. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * ERP system support (experience with Senior or Mega is desirable but not mandatory). * Knowledge of SQL for queries and simple adjustments. * Understanding of system integration and business processes. **Skills:** * Strong communication skills and user support capability. * Organization and proactivity in problem resolution. * Teamwork. **Advantages:** * Experience with Senior or Mega systems. * Knowledge of accounting, tax, or corporate management processes. * Familiarity with BI tools.
