Store Organization and Visual Merchandising (VM): Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive sales environment in accordance with visual merchandising standards to ensure an excellent shopping experience. In-Depth Product Knowledge: Mastering all features, benefits, and differentiators of the store’s products. Competitive Analysis: Staying informed about market trends and competitors’ strategies to propose more competitive sales approaches. Goal Orientation and Proactivity: Maintaining a constant focus on results and taking initiative to convert opportunities into sales. Customer Engagement and Post-Sale Support: Promoting customer satisfaction, which may include taking photos and videos with customers (with their consent) for store social media/marketing use, thereby strengthening social proof and relationship building. Desired Qualifications Proven prior experience in retail sales. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
