Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, planning, organizing, and distributing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure quality and safety. Failure analysis and proposal of operational improvements **Maintenance Supervisor – Santa Cruz do Sul/RS** **Salary:** To be negotiated, based on experience. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a break from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. **Benefits:** Health insurance, meals at the company, attendance bonus (monthly bonus of R$ 200.00, subject to compliance with attendance rules), student assistance, transportation allowance, and Profit Sharing Program (PPR). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team; plan, organize, and distribute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; monitor interventions on machinery, equipment, and industrial facilities to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; identify failures, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to reduce downtime and operational costs; and manage work orders, technical records, and maintenance performance indicators. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (preferred), proven experience in mechanics, maintenance, or production areas, with CTPS registration, ability to act agilely and flexibly, availability for short-term business trips as required by the company, valid driver’s license (Category B), and willingness to work overtime.
