**REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in supervision or as a store manager; * Leadership skills, organizational ability, responsibility, and strong communication skills. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise all store operations to ensure smooth functioning; provide customer service while maintaining the brand’s excellence standards; receive merchandise, organize displays, and monitor inventory in the system; conduct inventory audits and ensure appropriate product restocking; anticipate and resolve potential issues with the team; serve as the liaison between staff and upper management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
