




The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance indicators, developing the team, and ensuring the achievement of the company's commercial goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Collaborate with management in defining and implementing the company's commercial strategies; * Develop, monitor, and analyze sales performance indicators (targets, revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, etc.), proposing improvement actions; * Support the sales team on-site and during travel, providing technical and strategic guidance to achieve targets; * Promote and conduct periodic training sessions to develop the sales team, aiming to improve negotiation techniques, customer service, and performance; * Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team, presenting results, targets, and action plans; * Propose improvements in commercial processes to increase efficiency and standardization of department routines; * Assist in setting sales targets and policies, aligning pricing strategies, campaigns, and incentives; * Analyze market and competition to identify opportunities for new clients, regions, and business segments; * Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and activities that drive sales; * Ensure integration among internal teams (sales, logistics, administration, and after-sales) to maintain process efficiency; * Monitor and develop the team, identifying talents, training needs, and growth opportunities; * Oversee the proper use and updating of the CRM tool; * Be responsible for coordinating the organization of the showroom and store, identifying improvements and strategic layouts. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing or * related fields). * Strategic and analytical profile with strong business vision; * Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills; * Experience working with sales metrics and targets; * Expertise in supermarket, wholesale, and food service sectors; * Availability for travel; * Previous experience in the commercial area.
