**Main Responsibilities** * Support the development and updating of the production schedule. * Record and track production orders in the ERP system. * Control and document material movements between inventory and the production area. * Contribute to analyses of productive capacity and resource availability. * Monitor deadlines and flag potential delays or deviations in the process. * Assist in generating production performance reports and indicators. * Interact with departments such as Warehouse, Procurement, and Production to ensure efficient operational flow. * Comply with internal quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (technical course in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in PCP or administrative roles related to production is preferred. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-level Excel). * ERP systems (an advantage). * Basic understanding of production planning and control. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Advantages** * Experience in the industrial sector. * Knowledge of automation processes or ultrasonic technology.
