




Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Assistant will support import and export operations, ensuring document organization, logistical tracking, and updating of operational information. We are looking for a Foreign Trade Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the company's import and export operations in accordance with internal procedures and operational requirements, ensuring document organization, logistical tracking of shipments, and updating of operational information, contributing to meeting deadlines and ensuring reliability of foreign trade processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor all stages related to inbound and outbound order management, from pre\-shipment through to cargo arrival at destination. Assist in the initial verification of shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / AWB, certificates, and other related documents. Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to foreign trade processes, ensuring traceability and control of information. Monitor international shipments together with freight forwarders and logistics providers, updating shipment status and reporting any changes to timelines or operational pending items. Assist in communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and external customers. Support information flow among internal departments involved in logistics processes. Input process-related information into internal systems and control spreadsheets. Support preparation of operational reports and area performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in controlling logistics costs and recording expenses related to shipments. Support requesting and organizing international freight quotations. Contribute to developing and updating checklists, workflows, and operational procedures. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields. Intermediate English; Microsoft Office suite; Basic knowledge of international freight and customs clearance (import and export).
