This position requires frequent interaction with customers in critical situations, demanding clear and empathetic communication, strong analytical capability for diagnosis and resolution of issues, and close collaboration with internal teams for escalation and resolution of highly complex requests. ### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** **You will be responsible for:** * Handling and following up on **support tickets related to the ERP’s fiscal module;** * **Supporting customers with issuance, validation, cancellation, and transmission** of electronic fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFS\-e, NFC\-e, CT\-e); * Analyzing logs, error messages, and XML files to identify and resolve fiscal inconsistencies; * Guiding customers on data correction, fiscal rules, and contingency procedures; * Verifying and **providing support for integrations between the ERP and SEFAZ;** * Using ticketing tools and knowledge bases to register, track, and document support interactions; * Maintaining organization and attention to detail when reviewing fiscal information; * Communicating **clearly and empathetically with customers**, especially in critical situations; * Collaborating with internal teams to escalate more complex cases (Level 2 or specialists); * Staying updated on changes in fiscal legislation and system enhancements. ### **What We Expect From You** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields (in progress or completed); * **Prior experience in finance and/or accounting**, including activities such as billing, accounts payable/receivable, tax, or accounting operations; * Hands-on experience with **electronic fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFS\-e, NFC\-e, CT\-e)** and understanding of **basic fiscal legislation;** * **Practical knowledge of taxes and contributions (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI)** and tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real); * Familiarity with issuance, **review, cancellation, and correction of fiscal documents;** * Ability to **analyze fiscal and financial information**, identify inconsistencies, and guide users on data correction; * **Interest in working with ERP systems** and **customer support;** * Strong communication skills for customer interaction and guidance. * **Desirable Qualifications (to set you apart)** * **Previous experience using ERPs** or financial/accounting management systems; * Knowledge of SPED Fiscal and Accounting modules; * Familiarity with fiscal integration routines and processes with SEFAZ; * Experience in customer service, technical support, or roles requiring technical guidance; * Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, or customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar). ### **Our Benefits Package:** * **Beneflex Flash (Visa)** – BRL 650.00/month * **Remote Work Allowance** – BRL 100.00/month * **Transportation Voucher** (for in-office work) * **Unimed Health Plan** – Hospital + Outpatient coverage * **️ Gympass** * **️ MetLife Life Insurance** * + **National SESC Agreement** (extendable to family) * **️ Local Agreements** (food, health, leisure, psychology) * **Partnerships with educational and language institutions** * **Flexible Dress Code** * **Birthday Day Off** **In our environment, you’ll find:** ️Fully equipped kitchen for your comfort; * Coffee, chimarrão, teas, and fruits available; Recognition and gamification programs with rewards; Mental health and well-being initiatives; Climate surveys to listen and evolve together; Workshops and learning paths for continuous development; Monthly birthday celebrations and team-building moments; Biannual performance evaluations for monitoring and growth.### ### **Work Format** For this position, work is conducted **on-site at our headquarters in Santa Cruz do Sul.** **Apply now and help shape MK Solutions’ future!**
