PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours/week or 30 hours/week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Rua Joana Guindani Tonello Industrial \| Bento Gonçalves RS \- 95706300 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at the SEST clinic and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients' physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in physiotherapeutic care in clinical or hospital settings. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents may be rejected. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly showing alignment with the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
