




Villa Romana Shopping is currently conducting a selection process for an HR Intern: **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Numerical skills, including spreadsheet creation and data control; * Experience in document organization, digitization, and management; * Prior experience with HR routines is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, either from 09:00 to 15:00 or from 13:00 to 19:00. **Responsibilities:** * Support HR and administrative routine tasks; * Assist in managing Benefits, Uniforms, PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), Periodic Medical Examinations, Internal Marketing Initiatives, and ID Cards; * Organize, digitize, and manage departmental documents.
