Discover the opportunities we offer and join us in building a more promising future! **Job Responsibilities:** Receive, review, and control third-party documents, including DCTF Web, tax payment slips, INSS/IRRF proof of payment, time sheets, general HR documents, contracts, certificates, technical reports, and licenses; Verify the validity and authenticity of documents, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements; Keep third-party information updated in the company’s systems; Provide support and information during internal and external audits related to third-party documentation; Contact suppliers and service providers to request and regularize outstanding documentation; Approve third-party progress payments; Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company remains compliant at all times; Carry out tasks in accordance with environmental legislation and the project’s environmental best practices; Collaborate closely with the finance department, providing support for its activities; **We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** Completed high school education **What we offer:** Competitive remuneration aligned with the role; Flash Meal Card; Transportation Allowance; Medical Assistance; Gympass; Group Life Insurance; **For us, the process is as important as the result, because we believe each day offers an opportunity to learn from the diversity of people that make up our team.** Set your course toward the future.
