Opportunity to develop automation using Power Automate **Job Mission:** The Junior Network Analyst will support the company’s infrastructure, networking, and automation routines. Responsibilities include basic cloud environment provisioning, application support, creation of simple workflows in Microsoft 365, and technical assistance. **\*\*Main Responsibilities:** \*\* Infrastructure and Networking Assist in initial cloud environment provisioning under supervision; Support network and application monitoring, identifying potential incidents; Provide basic network maintenance support, including connectivity checks and incident logging; Assist in documenting network configurations and procedures; Automation and Productivity Create and maintain simple automation flows in Power Automate (alerts, notifications, basic integrations); Automate repetitive tasks in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams) with guidance; Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives; IT Support Handle low- to medium-complexity IT service requests; Generate simple reports (KPIs, ticket status, basic analyses); Support the IT Lead in operational activities. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Systems, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; Basic knowledge of networking, systems, and automation logic; Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is desirable; General understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity); Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Interest in automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools; Familiarity with introductory DevOps and SRE concepts; Ability to follow technical procedures and learn monitoring tools; Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure. **Desirable Qualifications:** **Entry-level certifications:** CCNA (beginner / in progress), Network\+, Microsoft Fundamentals; Academic or personal projects involving automation or networking; Interest in learning monitoring and security tools. **Benefits and Work Model:** Hybrid work model; Meal and food allowance via Flash card; Transportation allowance or parking; Wellhub (Gympass); Birthday day-off \+ R$ 50.00 credit on Flash free balance; Extended maternity and paternity leave; Bradesco Health Plan with no monthly fee and co-payment; Bradesco Dental Plan with no monthly fee and co-payment; Petlove Pet Health Plan; NSC Clube.
