Support and guidance to internal departments #### **About the Role:** We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to work in the accounting area, responsible for closing processes, accounting analyses, audit support, and monitoring regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and providing support to internal departments. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Control receipt of information required to perform accounting activities, ensuring accurate posting and financial closing; * Ensure correct classification, reclassification, and accounting reconciliation by analyzing all accounts and entries according to the company’s chart of accounts and regulatory requirements; * Analyze trial balances, identifying significant variances among accounts, expenses, and revenues, investigating causes and ensuring compliance with the chart of accounts and applicable regulations; * Request, prepare, and validate information for internal and external audits (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) as well as for regulatory inspections; * Develop controls and analyses for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing through reconciliations and monitoring data trends to mitigate risks; * Monitor new regulations issued by BACEN, SUSEP, and CVM, assessing their impact on the company’s accounting records and practices; * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of accounting processes by proposing solutions and optimizations; * Guide and support other company departments regarding proper accounting treatment, clarifying questions about accounts, entries, and procedures; * Monitor preparation of financial statements and provision of data for management and regulatory reports. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience in analyzing accounting entries, classification, reclassification, and accounting reconciliation; * Experience preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and trial balances; * Experience preparing documents and information for audits; * Experience working in sectors regulated by BACEN, SUSEP, and/or CVM; * Ability to work with ERP systems and contribute to process automation; * Strong analytical skills to handle complex financial and tax operations; * Advanced proficiency in Excel. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Experience in financial institutions, insurance companies, or regulated enterprises; * Experience in improving accounting processes and automation; * Knowledge of accounting standards applicable to regulated institutions; * Experience with regulatory reporting.
