Claim Analysis** * Evaluate vehicle accidents, fires, thefts, material damages, and other incidents. * Verify how the claim occurred and whether it complies with policy terms. **2. Technical Inspection** * Conduct on-site inspections or remote inspections via photos and documents. * Analyze damages to vehicles, assets, or properties. * Review expert reports, police reports, and estimates. **3. Documentation Verification** * Verify policy details, coverage, deductibles, and clauses. * Check invoices, expert reports, photos, and insured parties’ statements. **4. Report Preparation** * Record technical conclusions regarding the claim. * Indicate whether indemnification is due and provide the estimated amount. * Update the insurer’s or regulator’s internal systems. **5. Support to Senior Adjusters and Regulators** * Assist more experienced adjusters. * Follow company technical guidelines and procedures. * Participate in training sessions and standardization activities.
