Schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM In-person Location: SIA / Brasília Mission – Provide direct support to customers by clarifying doubts, resolving technical issues, and ensuring agile and efficient service. Additionally, report identified system failures to the responsible departments, provide in-person support when necessary, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Provide customer support regarding questions, information, and services related to Sempre Tecnologia’s systems or partner systems. * Support customers via chat, phone, email, and in person, ensuring agile and effective assistance. * Identify and report recurring systemic issues to the responsible departments. * Record all support interactions in Movidesk, ensuring traceability. * Conduct tests after problem resolution to confirm the solution for the customer. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Systems Analysis and Development.
