We are looking for an advisor to work in the Supervision and Internal Controls Department at Central Sul Sudeste. Here, you will specifically focus on processes related to internal controls, risk management, supervision, and supporting the promotion of organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What We Expect From You:** * Support and advise cooperatives in executing risk management, anti-money laundering, and internal control procedures, ensuring alignment with systemic standards and methodologies. * Support the handling and management of operational losses incurred by cooperatives, aiming to identify and propose actions addressing the causes and effects of reported losses. * Act as a facilitator for regulatory bodies and external auditors, including issuing regulatory reports, to ensure efficient communication with supervisors. * Support training for employees of affiliated cooperatives and Central on topics relevant to this department. * Monitor and support the dissemination of compliance, risk, and internal control culture across cooperatives. * Monitor and support the development of risk models and implementation of risk plans, aiming to identify, assess, respond to, and monitor operational risks faced by cooperatives and Central. * Support the implementation of Auxiliary Supervision, as well as execute supervision-related procedures for designated topics across affiliated cooperatives. * Monitor and support business continuity analysis processes, mapping of critical processes, and development of BIA (Business Impact Analysis). * Monitor third-party risk management processes and support implementation of related initiatives across affiliated cooperatives. Other responsibilities not expressly described herein but related to Internal Controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, or Corporate Risk areas; * Multidisciplinary knowledge of: Legal and regulatory framework; Three Lines Model; Cooperative system; Internal Controls and Compliance; Integrated Risk Management; Financial Products and Services; * Valid driver’s license and availability for travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** ISO 31000 Certification and Febraban Internal Controls Certification.
