If you are passionate about creating relevant content, transforming ideas into clear and impactful texts, and wish to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Your responsibilities:** Develop copy for digital campaigns, including paid media and email marketing, WhatsApp messages, landing pages, and other advertising materials; Build narratives and arguments aligned with the funnel and objective of each campaign; Translate incomplete or confusing briefs into clear strategic directions; Justify copy decisions to Product Owners and stakeholders with clarity and solid reasoning; Collaborate with Media and CRM teams to define angles, tests, and customer journeys; Provide clear direction to the Design team, especially junior designers; Develop video and audio scripts in partnership with the Audiovisual team, ensuring message consistency; Ensure language consistency across channels, campaigns, and business verticals; Support the evolution of the company’s copywriting standards, reducing rework and misalignment. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Languages, or related fields; Experience with performance campaigns and sales funnels; Experience with multiple copy formats. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in edtech, public sector exams, or the legal market; Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders. **What we offer:** Meal/food allowance (BRL 35 per day); Transportation voucher or Mobility allowance; 100% scholarship for public sector exam prep courses or financial certifications \+ 3 scholarships per year to gift to friends or family; Soda available in the office; Fresh fruit available in the office; Birthday day off and Referral award day off (Refer a friend); Pool table, arcade games, and lounge chairs for comfort and relaxation during breaks; Unimed health and dental plan (only BRL 1 deducted from payroll) after probation period.
