Job Summary:
Assist in activities related to receiving, organizing, storing, and controlling materials, ensuring item integrity and availability.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in receiving materials for inventory, verifying receiving notices, checking quantities, quality, weight, and specifications, as well as advising on the most suitable storage locations;
* Assist in organizing and storing materials to preserve their physical integrity and usability, according to each material's characteristics, and verify, label, and place materials on shelves at their designated locations;
* Assist in restocking inventory items in the integrated system, guided by the minimum and maximum quantities defined for each inventory item;
* Assist in controlling materials and equipment returned to suppliers due to discrepancies with purchase requirements, preparing return letters to document equipment dispatch and return;
* Monitor material unloading, jointly inspecting with users, and subsequently releasing materials for use or inventory storage;
* Handle user requests, including counter service, providing requested materials and parts promptly and in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
* Education: Completed high school
* Preferred: Driver's License Category B

* Working Hours: Administrative schedule — Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
