Ready to get started? **With us, you can.** **About This Opportunity** WSP Brazil is launching a search for a **Data Analyst 1** to join our office in **Belo Horizonte/MG**. **Responsibilities for This Role** * Serve as an analyst on the Data Management/Data Visualization team; * Participate in operational processes for entering information into our EQuIS database; * Generate outputs requested by technical teams; * Support improvements to data governance; * Perform routine automation and data validation, as well as database construction and modeling; * Engage with various stakeholders across consulting projects and support internal clients with their technical requests; * Maintain direct communication with laboratories to align on result delivery. **Required Qualifications** * Candidates must hold a completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, other engineering disciplines, Biology, Information Technology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; * Knowledge of data structuring, modeling, analysis, and visualization; * Knowledge of Python and SQL; * Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX functions and Power Query); * Experience handling physicochemical and general environmental data; * Availability to work onsite at the Belo Horizonte office is required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with EQuIS software; * Soft skills (negotiation, communication, presentation, and organization); * English proficiency for communication with the global team; * Experience in QA/QC; * Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint); * Knowledge of biological and ecotoxicological data; * Knowledge of R. **What WSP Brazil Offers:** WSP Brazil offers a competitive salary and benefits package aligned with market standards, the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a dynamic, flexible, and agile work environment, participation in innovative and collaborative multidisciplinary projects, and on-the-job training and mentoring.
