




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (6 hours). **Level:** Operational **Employment Regime:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Provide inbound and outbound service to cooperative members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. * Offer clear guidance and comprehensive support regarding the cooperative’s products and services, such as accounts, cards, investments, insurance, consortia, among others. * Record member requests, questions, and suggestions, forwarding them to the responsible departments when necessary. * Support internal campaigns and commercial initiatives, contributing to the achievement of the cooperative’s goals. * Stay updated on processes, policies, and product and service updates. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements: * Undergraduate studies in progress: fields include Administration, Commercial Management, and/or related areas. * (Certifications): CPA\-10 * Technical Knowledge: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and empathy in customer service. * Basic knowledge of financial products will be considered an advantage. * Prior experience in customer service or cooperatives is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher
