Polite, courteous, and satisfactory customer service **Job Description** * Monitor cashiers' operational work and provide necessary support for executing billing routines. * Resolve various customer service and billing issues at checkout counters, escalating decisions as required. * Supervise and approve/deny purchases requiring verification for customer release. * Collect funds from cashiers. * Provide polite, courteous, and satisfactory customer service. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:40 PM. Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years old. * Prior experience with cashiers and customer service. * High school diploma.
