Eusébio Stevaux, 1,444, São Paulo, SP** ### **WHAT WE EXPECT ON A DAILY BASIS:** * Experience in the financial market, specifically in the insurance sector and claims regulation. * Preferably experience in AI projects (image recognition, content extraction from PDF, DOC, email, SharePoint links, among others). * Gathering requirements and detailing tasks jointly with clients and the development team. * Conceptual knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational): SQL, MongoDB, etc. * Conceptual knowledge of containers, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), back-end technologies (PHP, Python), virtual machines, and cloud platforms. * Conceptual knowledge of microservices and APIs (what they are and their purpose), to design projects aiming to reduce development time and optimize the project for both technical and commercial teams. * Proposing solutions to operational blockers in the project. * Supporting the consolidation of project management processes. * Supporting integrations between platforms (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello). * Organizing, updating, and monitoring project information (both existing and new). * Gathering requirements from internal and external clients. * Creating workflows and documentation relevant to projects. * Organizing agile ceremonies and rituals. * Planning sprints, user stories, and tasks. * ‍ ### **HIRING METHOD** * Cooperative ### **EDUCATION** * Scrum certification (any type).
